Land Surveyor (Part-Time) - Visa Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah on a part-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land areas using specialized equipment and tools. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the precise positioning of structures and infrastructure projects. This position is open to Pakistani nationals with no English language requirements. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements and surveys of land areas using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate positioning of structures and infrastructure projects
- Analyze survey data using computer software programs
- Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs
- Regularly communicate progress updates to project managers or supervisors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Visa sponsorship available

Salary: 1600$ per month (part-time)
