We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are presented in an attractive and timely manner in retail stores. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper placement, display, and stock levels of products
- Set up displays and arrange products according to established guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers regarding replenishment needs
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase products and gather market insights

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
