We are currently hiring for a Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating product displays and promotions in retail stores. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in merchandising and a passion for the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Collaborate with store managers to determine product placement and displays that align with company objectives
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor strategies
- Develop relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and product availability
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs or issues to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Indian retailers
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages

Salary: 1600$ per month
