CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and products. You will work with a variety of materials such as metal, plastic, or wood to create components used in various industries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in CNC machining, strong technical skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This is a contract job without accommodation provided, so applicants must have their own valid work visa for Mombasa.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load materials into the machine and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Familiarity with G-code programming language
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for standing long periods of time and lifting heavy materials

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (Indian nationals preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (own visa required)

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (overtime may be required)
