Dismantler Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Dismantler Supervisor to join our team in Balzers. As a Dismantler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling and removal of various mechanical and electronic equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dismantlers in safely and efficiently removing equipment from client sites
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times during dismantling process
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule dismantling jobs and assign tasks to team members
- Train new employees on proper dismantling techniques and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the dismantling process and find solutions to minimize delays
- Maintain inventory of equipment parts and coordinate with logistics team for transportation to designated locations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dismantler or similar role, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic equipment, as well as dismantling techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and use hand tools effectively
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
