Office Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed
- Complete general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
