A leading software development company in Vilnius is seeking a talented and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software applications using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java and related frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure its functionality and performance meet project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
- Expertise in Java programming language and its frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL) and web services (RESTful or SOAP)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month along with other benefits such as free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
