Contract Surveyor

The contract surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise land surveys in the city of Karachi. This individual must have extensive experience in the field, with a strong understanding of land measurement techniques, mapping software, and legal regulations related to surveying. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as they will be required to work closely with clients and government officials.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of techniques and equipment
- Analyze previous survey data and maps to determine accurate measurements
- Create detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with clients and government officials to ensure project objectives are met
- Stay up-to-date on legal regulations related to surveying in Karachi
- Use mapping software to create visual representations of survey data
- Provide clear and concise communication throughout the surveying process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in Karachi
- Extensive knowledge of land measurement techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of legal regulations related to land surveying in Karachi
- Proficiency in mapping software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on contract projects
- Experience with visa sponsorship processes
