Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (English Speaking) in Moscow

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Moscow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pakistani cuisine and be fluent in English. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You must have excellent culinary skills, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of authentic Pakistani dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that reflect traditional Pakistani flavors while also incorporating modern twists.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
- Oversee kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, storage, and waste management.
- Train new kitchen staff on menu items, cooking techniques, sanitation practices, etc.
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Monitor food costs while maintaining quality standards.

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow (visa sponsorship available for non-Russian citizens)
