We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, hotels, and more. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative designs that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed successfully and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial building design.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed within budget and on time
- Review construction plans, specifications, and materials for accuracy
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural design process from concept development to project completion
