We are seeking a skilled and innovative Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial projects such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site evaluations and prepare feasibility reports
- Create detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop construction documents including blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred but not required)

Salary: 1100$ per month
