As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.

- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
