Handyman

A reputable construction company in Eschen is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, conducting minor carpentry work, and completing basic plumbing and electrical tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and identify issues with equipment or property
- Repair or replace damaged equipment or parts
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Complete minor carpentry work including building shelves, repairing cabinets, etc.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks such as fixing leaks or changing light fixtures
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Own transportation preferred

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, but availability on weekends may be required for urgent jobs. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
