We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and quality food
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create budgets and effectively manage costs to maximize profits
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with temporary housing available. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
