Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Muscat. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used for digging, loading, and moving materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination, good spatial awareness, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other designated areas according to project plans
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles using the excavator's bucket
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure safe operation
- Monitor and track fuel levels, oil levels, and other fluids in the excavator
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the excavator to your supervisor immediately
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects on schedule

Requirements:
- Valid certification as an Excavator Operator from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery, preferably excavators
- Familiarity with various types of excavation techniques and tools
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Muscat.
