Entry Level Merchandiser - Clairvaux, France

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked effectively in retail stores. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in merchandising. No prior experience is required, but fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must have their own visa to work in France. This position is open to Indian nationals and freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary: $1500 per month

Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure product displays are visually appealing
- Check inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Communicate with store managers about new product arrivals and any issues with displays or stock
- Create reports on sales data and customer feedback
- Implement promotional campaigns as instructed by the Merchandising Manager
- Work closely with the sales team to understand product demand and adjust displays accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product placement, pricing, and promotions

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus)
