Job Title: Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Clairvaux


We are hiring an experienced Merchandiser to join our fast-paced fashion retail store in Clairvaux. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure the right products are stocked at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right prices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data
- Collaborate with buying team to plan product assortments, quantities, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales and minimize excess stock
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual displays, stock levels, and overall store presentation
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a fashion retail setting
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with buying team, suppliers, and store staff
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory levels effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Experience in using merchandising software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field is preferred
