We are currently hiring a skilled Finisher to join our team in Clairvaux, India. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches and finishes to various products and materials. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other instructions to determine the appropriate finishes for each product
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming as necessary
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, or lacquer using spray guns or brushes
- Use specialized techniques such as distressing or glazing to achieve desired finish
- Ensure that all finishes are applied evenly and without flaws
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them properly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in finishing work
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
