Language Tutor for English Speaking Students in Kaunas

As a Language Tutor for English Speaking Students, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students in Kaunas. You will create lesson plans and materials tailored to the students' needs and skill levels, and work with them to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and materials based on students' needs and abilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions with students
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and resources
- Stay up-to-date with language teaching techniques and methodologies

Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual student needs
- Availability to work evenings or weekends if necessary
