Online Tutor
We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Online Tutor to join our team in Siauliai. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online tutoring services to students of different ages and levels. Your main duties will include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, and assessing student progress. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student. This role is open to all nationalities, but we particularly encourage Filipino applicants who are looking for a contract job with free visa and ticket. Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans based on student's learning objectives
- Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons to students of different ages and levels
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of each student
- Continuously seek ways to improve the online tutoring experience for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as an Online Tutor or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style based on individual student needs
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with students
- Good technical skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
