Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the merchandising process in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve working closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that products are displayed and promoted effectively in-store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and displays
- Work with internal teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional displays and signage
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the retail industry in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month
