Waiter/Waitress

Our busy restaurant in Plovdiv is looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Explain menu items and make recommendations as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:
As part of our team, you will receive competitive pay at $1500 per month. We also provide accommodation for non-local employees. No English language skills are required for this position.
