Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in food and beverage preparation and delivery, as well as maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions customers may have
- Monitor tables to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist in food preparation, such as taking orders to the kitchen and serving dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit/debit cards
- Follow all health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
