Indian Sales Manager in Vilnius

Our growing company is seeking an experienced and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national with fluent English proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to relocate to Vilnius and work full-time

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
