Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions.
- Train clients on new hardware or software as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions for complex problems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, networking, and software applications.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
