Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Backup and restore data as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and advancements
- Train users on new hardware or software as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new technologies
