Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad. As the Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory, ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and handling customer complaints
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to our customers
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our standards
- Oversee daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1600 per month.
