Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Khanpur, Pakistan


We are searching for an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Khanpur. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fine dining setting and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to the correct table
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Upsell additional items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tables at once
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have your own visa or be eligible for one in Khanpur, Pakistan

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month, plus tips.
