Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant for our company in Utena, Canada. As a member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily financial activities, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
