Baker for a Pakistani Bakery in Ar-Ruwais, UAE

We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our Pakistani bakery team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by producing high-quality products that meet our customers' preferences and dietary needs.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional Pakistani recipes
- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs as requested by customers
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of baked goods to customers
- Train new staff members on baking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role, preferably in a Pakistani bakery setting
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani breads and pastries is essential
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Biometric passport required for legal employment in the UAE
