Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other project staff. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. This includes ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Salary: 1000$ per month.
City: Nizwa, Oman.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.

- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Experience with project budgeting and scheduling.

- Effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects.
- Create detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and other project staff.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and according to safety regulations.
- Review designs from architects or engineers for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate progress updates to clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor quality control throughout the project to ensure high standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications.
- Prepare progress reports and present them to management.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
