Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager for our company in Nizwa. As an experienced and detail-oriented manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Your duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of local building regulations and proficiency in project management software is required. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Malayalees or Egyptians residing in Nizwa, but all candidates are welcome to apply including students and those without prior experience. Fluent English is a must.
