Entry-Level Construction Manager
Location: Nizwa, Oman


We are searching for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the construction industry. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Nizwa. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial planning and budgeting of construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of construction work
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and budget constraints
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry (internship or coursework)
- Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
