Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant in Atlanta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury property. Your main duties will include assisting with reservations and bookings, coordinating transportation, and providing recommendations for local restaurants, events, and attractions. You must have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively interact with guests from different backgrounds. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation is not provided.

In this role, you will work closely with the Concierge Manager to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area. This may include stocking brochures, maps, and other informational materials for guests.

To be successful in this position, you should have previous experience in customer service or hospitality. Fluency in English is required as you will be communicating with guests on a daily basis. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role.

Your responsibilities as a Concierge Assistant may also include handling guest complaints or concerns, making dining reservations, arranging spa appointments, and booking tickets for local events. You must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once.

As an assistant concierge, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to the property's dress code policy. This may include wearing a uniform or business attire depending on the property's guidelines.
