Concierge for Luxury Apartment Complex in Atlanta



We are seeking a dynamic and professional Concierge to join our luxury apartment complex in Atlanta. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your main duties will include greeting residents and guests, answering inquiries, making reservations, arranging transportation, coordinating packages and deliveries, and providing recommendations for local attractions and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in Malayalee language and have a strong knowledge of the local area.
