Sales Manager for Kenyan Market
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Kenyan market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behavior, as well as experience in managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the Kenyan market
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets and drive results
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences in Kenya
- Monitor competition and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Kenyan market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Knowledge of local business practices, cultural norms, and consumer behavior in Kenya
- Valid work permit for Kenya (for foreigners) or Kenyan citizenship (for locals)
