Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by closing deals and conducting follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential areas for growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway.
