Our growing company is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Os, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, presenting, and closing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Norway
