Legal Adviser

Our law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Legal Adviser to join our team. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients, including individuals and businesses. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and solutions to complex issues
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues and provide accurate advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations as needed
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss legal matters and provide updates on cases
- Keep up-to-date with any changes in laws or regulations that may affect clients' cases
- Collaborate with other lawyers within the firm on complex cases
- Maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information from clients
