Sales Manager - Wiltz, Egypt


As a Sales Manager for our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Wiltz, Egypt market. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve sales targets and develop strong relationships with clients. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record of successful sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the Wiltz region

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue in the Wiltz market
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify needs and provide solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective campaigns and promotions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in developing strategies for new markets
- Knowledge of CRM software preferred
