Entry Level Formworker in Alta, Canada

As an Entry Level Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete forms according to specifications and blueprints. Your main duties will include measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, setting up scaffolding and braces, pouring and smoothing concrete, and removing forms after the concrete has set. You will also assist with cleanup and maintenance of tools and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately. Some physical stamina is required as the job involves lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Previous experience in construction or carpentry would be an asset but is not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.

This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
