Formworker

We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Alta, Norway. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating molds and frames for concrete structures, ensuring that they are strong, durable, and accurate according to the project specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal molds or frames
- Secure molds or frames in place using tools such as screws or nails
- Pour and spread concrete into the molds or frames
- Smooth and finish surfaces of concrete using tools such as trowels or brushes
- Monitor the curing process of concrete to ensure quality
- Remove molds or frames once concrete has set
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of materials used in formwork
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Excellent measurement skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
