Loader Supervisor


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Malindi. As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, as well as supervise a team of loaders. This position is suitable for men with previous experience in loading and unloading goods, preferably in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks, ships, or other modes of transportation
- Ensure that all cargo is handled safely and efficiently
- Supervise a team of loaders, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of all loaded and unloaded items
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in loading and unloading goods
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage)
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Malindi without sponsorship
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
