Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress on site and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans
- Supervise the construction team and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
