Office Manager
We are in need of an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Alta. This role would require someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Oversee the work of other office staff and provide training and support as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and functioning
- Handle accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing budgets
- Assist with human resources duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or be eligible to obtain one)

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
