Job Title: Architectural Technologist



An architectural technologist is responsible for the technical aspects of building design and construction. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that building plans are accurate, functional, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in architectural technology and design. They should be highly skilled in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and have a thorough understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed building plans
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design and construction purposes
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an architectural technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Fonvieille (visa sponsorship available for all nationalities)

Working Hours: Full-time
