We are a luxurious hotel located in the bustling city of Jeddah and we are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing exciting menus that showcase our diverse cuisine, while also ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Your duties will include managing kitchen staff, controlling inventory and costs, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar setting, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative dishes. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in high-end hotels or restaurants. This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates with Filipino or Kenyan nationality are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required and those with their own visa will be given priority. A competitive salary of 1800$ per month will be offered to the successful candidate.
