Contract Executive Chef - Isa Town, Bahrain

As a Contract Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. Your main duty will be to create and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our diverse customer base. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory levels.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You should have a thorough understanding of different cooking techniques and ingredients to create innovative dishes that meet our high standards. Experience in menu planning and cost control is also required.

As this is a contract position, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should have excellent leadership skills to manage the kitchen team efficiently and ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining high food quality and adhering to safety standards.
