Executive Chef - Isa Town, Bahrain
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of a high-end restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. You will lead and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and international influences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisine styles, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
