Mason Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our masonry projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. This position is open to Indian nationals and no English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and laborers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction plans
- Monitor progress of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure all materials and equipment are properly utilized and maintained
- Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in a construction setting
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication skills in Hindi or any Indian regional language
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Experience working with women or without previous experience is preferred

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
